To access the electronic version of the Prospectus and Application Form, consisting of 27 pages and 2 pages respectively, you should fi rst read and accept the following terms and conditions:

• Term and At Call Investments will only be issued on an Application Form accompanying a paper version of the Prospectus, or on a completed printed copy of the Application Form attached to the electronic version of the Prospectus.

• The Corporations Act prohibits any person from passing on to another person any Application Form unless it is accompanied by a copy of the Prospectus or, in the case of an electronic Prospectus and Application Form, is linked to the complete and unaltered electronic form of the Prospectus.

• Applicants should read the Prospectus and any Supplementary Prospectus in its entirety before completing the Application Form, as the information contained in individual sections is not intended to and does not provide a comprehensive review of the products off ered under the
Prospectus. Applicants are advised to seek professional advice from a licensed independent financial adviser before applying for investments under the Prospectus.

• The Offer is only available to persons within Australia. Any person accessing this Prospectus for the purpose of investing in Term and At Call Investments off ered by the Company must access the Prospectus from within Australia.
