Banksia had its commercial loan servicer ranking raised to ‘ABOVE AVERAGE’ in November 2004. The affirmation of Banksia’s ranking reflects its dedication to process improvements and use of technology to make the loan servicing process more efficient. The ongoing implementation of sophisticated loan servicing systems is supported by an experienced management team and clearly defined management responsibilities.
