Standard & Poor's raises Banksia Mortgages Limited ranking to ABOVE AVERAGE

Banksia Mortgages Limited received an ABOVE AVERAGE ranking from International Ratings Agency Standard & Poor's and has been included on Standard & Poors global select servicer list. Announced November 5, 2004 this ranking is testament to the diligent and prudential standards adopted by Banksia in its loan servicing, processing, risk management and reporting systems. Banksia is the only Australian servicer of commercial mortgage loans to have been assigned a servicer ranking by Standard & Poor's.
