Following a review of Banksia Mortgages Limited in April 2008, Standard & Poor’s affirmed the ABOVE AVERAGE commercial loan servicer ranking, originally assigned in 2006. Combined with the outlook assigned of ‘Stable’ this ranking reflects “Banksia’s conservative lending policies and prudent underwriting standards”. Banksia Mortgages Limited was also upgraded to a STRONG ranking for its Management and Organization, reflecting it’s commitment to a diverse product and distribution network, strong quality controls and risk management and an established and experienced staff complement.
