The Banksia Mortgage Fund is a contributory mortgage fund managed by Banksia Mortgages Limited, a responsible entity licensed under the Managed Investments Act.
Investments in the Banksia Mortgage Fund are fixed interest investments for terms usually not exceeding 2 years. The investments are subject to availability and primarily secured by mortgage over physical property with interest payable either monthly or quarterly depending on the particular mortgage loan.
Banksia Mortgages Limited processes payment of interest to investors on the interest payment date or the next business day thereafter throughout the investment term. Interest payments are made by electronic credit to the financial institution of the investors choice.
