The Banksia Financial Group (TBFG / Banksia) is a privately owned, independent group of companies operating in the finance sector, largely operating as a National Financier and Mortgage Fund Manager.

TBFG is a prime, non-bank financial institution which has an established national distribution network, primarily focused on the Eastern seaboard of Australia.

The holding company for TBFG is Securities Holdco Limited.

Its main operating subsidiaries are:

  • Banksia Mortgages Limited
  • Banksia Securities Limited
  • Cherry Fund Limited
  • BFG Management Pty Ltd

The Group's head office is in Melbourne and its administration office is in Kyabram, Victoria. It has Metropolitan offices in Melbourne and Adelaide, and in major regional centres in Victoria and in Albury, NSW.
